It's hard to look at Té Chichi's Spring 2012 catalog and believe it's spring here. You see, the weather report looks like this right now. But pretty soon, I'm hoping we get some springlike weather so that life can look somewhat as depicted in these photographs (specifically the first photograph if you ask me. pretttttyyy cozy).

Bookworm

I wish I looked this chic while lazing around the house a.k.a. this is pretty much what my ideal Sunday would look like.

Speaking of books (or pictures of books, rather), I just downloaded 'The Book Thief' on my Kindle. Can't wait to start reading; I've heard so many good things about it.

As a side note, I just discovered the other day that I can touch my toes like the girl in the fifth picture. I'm pretty excited about that, that's all :)

Twigs and Honey always has the best styling and photography when it comes to its collections. The new 2012 collection is most certainly the case. The photography you see here is the work of none other than the genius Elizabeth Messina (i swear, i fall in love with her photos more and more everyday).

Cherry, cherry, my dear cherry

One of my favorite things about my area is the cherry blossom trees in the springtime. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom, which means spring is just around the corner! Annnnnddd it's also starting to stay light outside later. Pretty exciting stuff guys.

Anywho, these particular cherry blossom trees happen to be the in the cutest little neighborhood. I would love to have one of these trees in my yard. They look so pretty when the light hits them just right.

A Melodic Dream

The springlike weather we've been having the past few days (and which we'll continue to have this entire week! huzzah!) has got me longing for spring. Don't get me wrong, I love winter. I love staying inside and soup and sweaters and all things cozy. But spring... spring is fresh; refreshing, alive, you know? The cherry blossoms are starting to bloom. The days are getting longer. Oh yes, and this Ruche lookbook has got me longing for spring as well :)
